All parts, labor and special service prices are F.O.B. Watertown, South Dakota, USA. Freight, handling, tax, insurance, Customs and Duties, and Brokerage Charges are not included in the price of any part of service. All prices for parts and services are subject to changes without notice. No devaluing on invoices to decrease customs fees will be done.
SOUTH DAKOTA RESIDENTS must pay all local Sales Tax.
ALL RETURNED PERSONAL CHECKS will be subject to a $30.00 process fee.
CREDITS / OVERPAYMENTS
Domestic overpayments will be refunded in the same manner payment was received. International (Export) overpayments will be refunded via Credit Card, or credited toward the next order, as specified by the customer.
Please notify us of any shortages within 5 days of receipt of your order. Please double, triple, and quadruple check the packaging material to be sure you did not throw the part or package away (this is what happens 99% of the time). If the error is ours, we will gladly ship the correct item to you at no charge, or refund your money for the missing item.
Please be sure to inspect all packages in the presence of the carrier. Make any damage claim in writing with the driver at that time. YOU have SOLE responsibility of making a claim for loss, damage, or destruction, to the carrier. Be sure to keep the original package or shipping box as proof. DO NOT RETURN THE DAMAGED PARTS TO US!
REFUSED / UNDELIVERABLE SHIPMENTS
Refused shipments for any reason are subject to a 10% restocking charge, plus all shipping charges, including export duty and brokerage fees. These charges must be paid before any new order will be shipped. If the order is re-shipped to you within 3 working days after we have received it back in our store, the restocking charges will be dropped.
SHIPPING / WARRANTY / RETURNS
All orders are shipped FOB Watertown, South Dakota. We will supply UPS tracking numbers and Export waybill numbers upon request. US Mail will not even begin looking for lost packages until 6 months have passed.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES
The original purchaser has 60 days to return or exchange domestic order parts from the date of original shipment, or 90 days on International (Export) orders. Call us for authorization to return. Please provide a copy of the original invoice and a note stating the reason for return, and your desire for refund or exchange. The item(s) must be well packaged and shipping PRE-PAID by you. No CODs will be accepted by us. NO INTERNATIONAL(EXPORT) FREIGHT CHARGES WILL BE REIMBURSED FOR ANY REASON. Any returned parts showing signs of use, mishandling, damage, or alteration, will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. Returns due to error will be refunded or exchanged “cheerfully” at no charge, along with reasonable freight charges both ways. Refund will be in the same manner payment was received.

The installation and operation of antique motorcycle parts requires skill, experience, equipment and the proper tools appropriate to the situation. It is the exclusive and SOLE responsibility of the user to decide if the product is acceptable, safe, or legal for his or her needs. NO P.O. Boxes please, UPS (United Parcel Service) will not deliver to a P.O. Box, and be sure to include your daytime phone number, so that we can call if clarification is required about your order. (** an e-mail address is extremely helpful on these orders if possible?)

Designations to legally reduce Customs fees.
Parts made or obtained to fill your “Special Order” require a 100% non-refundable pre-
payment, and the wait could be substantial. In rare cases cancellation is possible, but
cancellation charges could exist.
We do not maintain, monitor or ship backorders unless prior arrangements have been made, at the time the order was placed. We apologize for any inconvenience this policy may cause.
Some parts listed in this catalog will become temporarily unavailable due to market supply conditions, whereas some parts not even listed or shown in this catalog will become available. When in doubt, call our order department for the latest parts availability information.
Orders are normally shipped within 24 hours. If any items are out of stock, it is the responsibility of the customer to re-order. These items will not be back ordered. If you would like to confirm the order prior to shipment, please write that in the “NOTE” field at check out.
